Emily and Kieran Carter began working with us in April 2022, having successfully acquired a long standing business from Emily’s parents.  The business was working – on paper – (literally!), but it wasn’t working in a way that suited Emily & Kieran’s young family life.

When we started working together, the whole sales process was documented on numerous pieces of handwritten paper.  This is now a thing of the past as the company has introduced a management software which has increased efficiency and led to an increase in 5 star reviews.

In the past year revenue and take home pay for Emily & Kieran has increased considerably – all while hitting their goal of being able to leave the company in a safe pair of hands when they need to.
